Why isn’t the Redfin Estimate accurate for my home?

Google’s web cache keeps a copy of every internet webpage as of the last time that Google visited it for search engine indexing purposes. Estimates on webpages recovered from the cache were not used unless the corresponding webpage was within a few days prior to the initial listing date.
